To respond to your enquiry within 48 hours.
To prepare a tailored AI-enabled proposal for your goals.
To contact you about services you have explicitly requested.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.

3. Data Storage and Security

Enquiry data is stored in a secured MongoDB Atlas database hosted on cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised SN Global personnel only. We retain contact enquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

4. AI Processing

Our website includes an AI chat assistant ("Sona") powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Conversations with Sona are processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses. Conversation content may be retained temporarily to maintain chat context but is not stored permanently by SN Global beyond the browser session. 5. Cookies

We use only functional storage (localStorage) to remember your theme preference and any custom logo you upload via our admin panel. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
